Our Approach

Dealing with a large law firm can be a frustrating and impersonal experience. This will not be the case when you retain the services of Attorney Michael D. Tully. Michael Tully only handles certain legal matters. While some attorneys may accept clients who need legal services in many diverse areas of the law, Michael Tully limits his practice to probate, estate planning, and related areas of the law. If you have a need for an estate attorney when a loved one dies, you should not necessarily retain the services of the attorney who handled your divorce. Attorney Tully has been a licensed attorney since 1980, and he has a large network of attorneys who can represent you for particular legal services which are outside his areas of expertise.

Michael wants to know you as a person when you walk into his office, not just as a client. Over the years he has learned that if you show a sincere interest in people, and provide competent and thorough representation, these clients will in turn refer their relatives and friends to his office. Michael Tully believes that word of mouth advertising from his satisfied clients is the largest and best source of the new business he receives.
