Our Policies

FEES & APPOINTMENTS

We will discuss the fee arrangements at our first meeting. Fee policies conform to the American Bar Association's Model Rules of Professional Conduct, and when applicable, to the Lorain County Probate Court Rules.

It is more efficient and economical for you if we meet at our office. However, if you are unable to travel due to illness or disability, we can meet at a place that is convenient for you, such as a hospital, nursing home, or your residence.
